Tenant Finish
Centerpoint is a multifaceted tenant finish construction company. Its primary clientele base is property management, large prime contractors, organizations and government entities. Centerpoint's services include a wide variety of tenant finish work both interior and exterior. From bathrooms to basements, kitchens, floors, millwork, architectural steel, playgrounds and pavilions; Centerpoint is a full service tenant finish contractor. Centerpoint focuses on major rehabilitation or resyndication projects. Melissa Heck leads the tenant finish division.

Timber Fabrication and Installation
Centerpoint has expanded to timber-framed fabrication and installation work. These projects include walking bridges, boardwalks, and decking systems as well as vertical highway and transportation applications. Centerpoint is Colorado's only commercial timber fabricator. Centerpoint's collaboration with CDOT and RTD will make the next ten years in Denver's transportation scene both aesthetic and profitable. William Heck and Lester Sims are the timber team leaders.

Pre-Fabricated Steel Buildings
Centerpoint installs all forms of pre-engineered buildings; commerical, industrial, institutional, agricultural, multi-family, residental, churches and synagogues. We have done projects such as 200 garages for a mulit-family residental project, car ports and grain bins. Centerpoint demostrates craftsmanship in all projects.
